are Interconnected through a Message System. There are some
standard routines written in C language used for communication.
Because of new laws being introduced by the Dutch Government,

Project Description : This is a re-engineering project for an insurance company
based in Springfield-IL, USA. It is aimed at re-engineering
the existing Associate Compensation System (ACS) application
to phase out the dependency on the existing contract file
and Employee Account Code (EAC). Contract file is too big to
maintain and very old. The existing contract file is to replaced
with a smaller version of the same, which will be maintainable
without much effort. Usage of multiple EAC for identification
of the same individual is to be handled with the introduction of
Sequence Number on a move forward basis.

developing on the IBM Mainframe, OS/2 and IRIX platforms.
Inter-program/ system communication is done using MQ series
of products.
